Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, results-oriented Business Development Executive who will take marketing-generated leads and convert them into closed blueprints. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships through persistent, personalized follow-up.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Calls & Appointments
  • Conduct sales calls with qualified leads from marketing funnel
  • Present Dedicated Developers' services persuasively and professionally
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Close leads into signed blueprints
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
  • Warm up and nurture leads who have shown interest but haven't booked appointments
  • Follow up with leads who didn't show up for scheduled appointments
  • Re-engage leads from previous conversations to move them forward
  • Conduct systematic follow-up campaigns with all prospect segments

Multi-Channel Outreach

  • Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms
  • Create highly customized, personalized messages based on each prospect's specific project interests
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to craft tailored communications at scale
  • Build genuine connections through thoughtful, relevant outreach

CRM Management

  • Utilize our proprietary CRM system to manage all lead interactions
  • Track email opens, clicks, and engagement metrics
  • Send targeted follow-up sequences based on prospect behavior
  • Maintain detailed records of all communications and sales activities
  • Analyze CRM data to identify optimal follow-up timing and messaging
Sales Optimization
  • Monitor sales metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Identify patterns in successful closes to replicate winning approaches
  • Collaborate with marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality
  • Suggest improvements to sales processes and materials
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication
  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated closing ability
  • Strong written communication for email and social media outreach
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creating personalized content
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships

Technical Requirements

  • Comfortable with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Proficient with email marketing and automation
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Ability to learn and master proprietary CRM system
  • Skilled at leveraging AI for personalized outreach at scale

Location, Time Zone & Compensation

  • Must be based in South America
  • Must work hours compatible with US East Coast time zone
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Reports To: Vishal (CEO/Founder)
