Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Marketing Systems & Content Director who will orchestrate all marketing initiatives for Dedicated Developers. This role combines strategic marketing oversight with hands-on content creation, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate leads and build our brand presence.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Management

  • Oversee and manage our Facebook Ads team to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Manage our SEO team and coordinate content optimization strategies
  • Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging video content using AI clone technology and video editing software
  • Produce high-quality blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials
  • Manage all social media platforms with consistent, valuable content
  • Develop content calendars and maintain regular posting schedules

Copywriting & AI Integration

  • Write and edit compelling marketing copy for various platforms
  • Leverage advanced AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline content creation
  • Refine AI-generated content to ensure brand voice and quality standards
  • Create persuasive landing pages, email sequences, and ad copy

Team Coordination

  • Act as liaison between external ads manager and internal team
  • Coordinate with SEO team to align content with optimization strategies
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with lead generation goals
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, video AI tools, etc.)
  • Strong video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Excellent copywriting and content editing skills
  • Experience with AI video clone technology
  • Solid understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and paid advertising principles
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies
  • Proficiency with social media management tools
